Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Photos, location and the report work with no network; everything is saved on the phone. Only the server backup, if you turned it on, waits for a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, no sign-up and no password.
Where are the photos kept?
In the app's private storage on your phone. They leave it only if you turn 'Backup to server' on under 'My details', and then only to the app's own server.
What is sent while the backup is on?
Each report's photos, location, capture times and notes, and the details, answers and description for the insurer that you typed in it, go to the app's own server and nowhere else. The details under 'My details' stay on the phone. The privacy policy has the full list.
Which permissions does it need?
Camera, to photograph. Location, only while the app is open. Contacts, read only, only at the moment you pick an emergency contact.
Does the app place calls for me?
No. The call buttons open your phone's dialler with the number; the call itself happens there.
How do I delete a report?
Under 'My reports', tap 'Delete report'. It is removed from the phone and, while the backup is on, from the server too.
Where is the app available?
Currently in Israel, in Hebrew.
